1. Who we are
Softron B.V. ("we") is a Dutch private limited company, Chamber of Commerce number 42001589. Registered office: Peperstraat 2, 1011 TL Amsterdam, the Netherlands. 2. What we collect
This site is informational. It does not create accounts and currently loads no third-party analytics or advertising cookies. When you visit, our hosting provider may process ordinary technical server logs (such as IP address, user-agent and timestamp) needed to deliver and secure the site. If you email us via a published mailto link, we process that correspondence.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process data to operate and secure the website, to respond to enquiries, and to comply with law — based on legitimate interest, contract, or legal obligation.
4. Sharing
We use service providers as needed to host the site (cloud infrastructure) and receive email. We do not sell personal data. Transfers outside the EEA use appropriate safeguards where applicable.
5. Retention
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal retention duties. We then delete or anonymise it.
6. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability, and lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). Contact: legal@softron.nl.
